We're a sociable ladies only free walking group that meet at Flower Mound/Grapevine trails that walk and hike in all types of weather. We encourage you to bring your socialized dogs and we talk about anything and everything with a focus on fitness and a healthy lifestyle. We are so much more than just walking as we host fun social events such as yoga parties, wellness potluck parties, kitchen smart parties and much more (all for free).   

Note:  Please be agile enough to maneuver the trail tree roots, small streams and uneven surfaces for the trail walking meetups.  We also have paved trail meetups as well! 

 

You need only come to the walking meetups as your schedule allows and there is no pressure to go to any meetups!  Please read our mission statement in the discussion pages and our FAQ document in the files section.
